Order Processing
The order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
Since the FBA MCF service is used, Amazon will process the order for us. Usually, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping and delivery speed
Delivery times are calculated from the time an order ships from Amazon fulfillment center to when it is delivered to the buyer.
We’re offering Free Shipping for Standard Shipping, and a flat rate for Expedited and Priority shipping.

International Shipping
Currently, we don’t offer international shipping outside the US due to some Amazon MCF limits. Only orders to contiguous United States will be accepted. That being said, you can still place an order directly from our store on amazon.com.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@yogfitwigs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
